Birth Intuition: Childbirth Education for natural, comfortable, satisfying birth

My son Felix was born on 11/11 (as you said, almost 1.5 weeks late!) and life has been different since then. :) We are all doing well and Felix is growing fast. I did the natural birth - Hypnobirthing was really helpful. I was in active labor for 20 hours, but with the breathing technique, I was able to rest in between contractions. Dirk was extremely supportive.

We had our daugher at Cambridge Birth Center ...We had a wonderful experience there, so thanks so much for the recommendation! The HypnoBirthing *really* helped. We managed to stay home until 11 a.m. that day, and by the time we got to the Birth Center I was already 5 cm... I am convinced that the HypnoBirthing really helped me because I never felt scared, even for a second. It was a lot of hard work, but I managed and never for a minute thought about needing any medical intervention. So thanks so much again!

I feel like the class helped me so much to prepare mentally for my birth and to envision how I wanted it to go. Also, it helped me to realize that it is "my birth" and that I could voice to the doctors what I wanted or didn't want. I felt more confident that my body was made to birth and let things just happen instead of resisting it because I was scared. The birth itself was fast and easy....felt in control the entire time.....I felt great after too!!! Labored mainly at home...got to the hospital at 9cm....baby came out in an hour after getting to hospital! -- Jen, mother of two

I can't get over how much better this birth was over all four of my other births and it had a LOT to do with you! You were awesome. You really helped bring me back to calmness when I started to freak out, and I'm sure it made all the difference. I am absolutely in love with little Loraine. The pediatrician asked if she were a c-section because her head was so round. But it was probably because of the HypnoBirthing. Again, you were an incredible asset to my birth experience!!
